Paris Itinerary · 2026

3 Days in Paris.

A practical three-day Paris plan balancing major landmarks, historic areas, riverside walks and neighborhood time—without trying to squeeze the entire city into one exhausting schedule.

Three-Day Plan

A first-trip itinerary with room to enjoy the city.

A practical Paris itinerary works best when nearby areas are grouped together. This Vogalon plan combines major landmarks, historic areas and neighborhood time while leaving enough room for transportation, meals and unexpected discoveries.

Day One

Île de la Cité & the Seine riverfront

Morning

Begin around Île de la Cité with time for the area's major landmarks and historic streets. Keep the morning geographically compact rather than crossing Paris repeatedly.

Afternoon

Cross toward the Seine riverfront or choose a nearby museum, landmark or viewpoint that fits your interests. Timed attractions can be easier to manage when reserved in advance.

Evening

Stay around the Seine, Saint-Germain-des-Prés or the Latin Quarter for dinner and an evening walk. Keeping the first day reasonably compact is especially useful after a long flight.

Day Two

The Louvre, central Paris & riverside

Morning

Explore central Paris around the Louvre and continue toward the Seine. This part of Paris brings together centuries of history, architecture and river views.

Afternoon & evening

Use the afternoon and evening for the Eiffel Tower area, a Seine walk or another nearby experience. Check current admission times and provider details before committing the rest of your day.

Day Three

Museums, neighborhoods & your choice of experience

Morning

Use your final day for a museum, market or Paris neighborhood you have not yet explored. A slower morning can be welcome after two full sightseeing days.

Afternoon

Choose one priority experience rather than several scattered stops. Depending on your interests, that might mean a museum, market, royal landmark, shopping, food or a family attraction.

Evening

Finish with a relaxed meal and allow enough time to return to your accommodation or prepare for an evening or next-day departure.

Getting Around

Plan transportation as part of the itinerary.

Paris has Métro, RER, bus, taxi, walking and other transportation options. The best choice depends on where you are going, your group and the time available. For airport arrival or departure, you can also check whether a private transfer is supported for your route through Vogalon's participating partner.
